Set up Andrews & Arnold (A&A) in Reachable
WorksAndrews & Arnold (A&A) is a VoIP provider in the United Kingdom. This is how you add your Andrews & Arnold (A&A) account to Reachable, so your phone rings, even with the app closed.
- You enter: Phone number and SIP password.
- The password: the number's SIP password (you create it in the Control Pages), not your login password.
What to enter
From version 1.1 Andrews & Arnold (A&A) is in the app's list. Pick Andrews & Arnold (A&A) and fill this in; the app fills in the other settings itself.
Type your number the way you are used to, for example 01234 567890. The app turns it into the form Andrews & Arnold (A&A) wants: +441234567890.
Where to find your details
- Log in at control.aa.net.uk with your xxx@a login.
- Click your phone number and open the Incoming tab.
- Type a password or click Generate, then click Apply.
- That is your SIP password.
- If you set an IP access list on that number, remove it.
Right now: with Other SIP provider
In version 1.0 Andrews & Arnold (A&A) is not in the list yet. Choose Other SIP provider and fill this in. The fields marked (optional) are under Advanced.

Good to know
- More devices. Andrews & Arnold (A&A) names no maximum number of devices per account. If things go wrong while you also use the account elsewhere, give Reachable an account of its own. Reachable on two phones counts as one device: only our server signs in at Andrews & Arnold (A&A).
- A&A emails you when a new address or device signs in on your number. So after setting up you get one, because our server in Germany signs in. That is expected.
- Did you set an IP Access List on your number? Then add our server's addresses (2.28.204.233 and 167.233.187.96) or remove the list.
- At A&A you do not call your voicemail: messages arrive by email. You record your greeting through 1571 or *101.
- To hide your number for one call, put 141 in front of the number.
