Localphone is a VoIP provider in the United Kingdom. This is how you add your Localphone account to Reachable, so your phone rings, even with the app closed.

What to enter

From version 1.1 Localphone is in the app's list. Pick Localphone and fill this in; the app fills in the other settings itself.

Where to find your details

1. Log in at localphone.com and open Internet Phone in your account.
2. Under 'I want to use my own VoIP device' you find your SIP ID and SIP password.

Right now: with Other SIP provider

In version 1.0 Localphone is not in the list yet. Choose Other SIP provider and fill this in. The fields marked (optional) are under Advanced.

Good to know

• More devices. Localphone names no maximum number of devices per account. If things go wrong while you also use the account elsewhere, give Reachable an account of its own. Reachable on two phones counts as one device: only our server signs in at Localphone.
• Localphone wants every number in full international form, without + or 00. So you dial a UK number as 441234567890. Localphone's local access numbers cannot be dialled from the app.
• Localphone cannot call emergency numbers. Reachable always hands 112 and 999 to the regular Phone app.
• If you change the SIP password, Localphone signs out all your devices. Then enter the new password in Reachable too.
