VoIPstudio is a cloud phone system for customers worldwide. This is how you add your VoIPstudio account to Reachable, so your phone rings, even with the app closed.

What to enter

From version 1.1 VoIPstudio is in the app's list. Pick VoIPstudio and fill this in; the app fills in the other settings itself.

Where to find your details

1. Log in to VoIPstudio.
2. Click the gear icon (SETTINGS) at the top right and choose SIP Account.
3. Your SIP username, SIP password and domain are there.

Right now: with Other SIP provider

In version 1.0 VoIPstudio is not in the list yet. Choose Other SIP provider and fill this in. The fields marked (optional) are under Advanced.

Encrypted calls

VoIPstudio can encrypt your calls. Under Advanced choose Transport TLS, port 5061 and switch on Encrypt the sound (SRTP). On iPhone a lock then shows during the call.

Good to know

• More devices. VoIPstudio names no maximum number of devices per account. If things go wrong while you also use the account elsewhere, give Reachable an account of its own. Reachable on two phones counts as one device: only our server signs in at VoIPstudio.
• If your administrator resets your SIP password, every device needs the new one, Reachable too.
• To hide your number for one call, put *141* in front of the number.
