Reachable 1.0 knows Cheapconnect already. Version 1.1 brings this whole list into the app: you pick your provider and fill in only what it asks for. Until then, choose Other SIP provider and copy the server settings from the guides below.

Setup guides

For these 17 providers everything is in one place: what to enter, where to find the SIP password and the server settings.

Freedom Internet (Freedom Bellen)

You enter: Account ID and voIP password

Where are the details?

Go to voip.freedom.nl and log in with your @freedom.nl address. Click Beheer, then VoIP-account. Set 'Wachtwoorden weergeven' to Yes and click Apply. You now see the Account ID and the password.

VOIPZeker

VOIPZeker does not publish its server address. Ask VOIPZeker for your user name, password and server address and enter them yourself. If an IP whitelist is on for your user, it has to be switched off.

You enter: User name, password and server address

Where are the details?

Log in to the VOIPZeker Unite phone system. Your SIP details belong to your user. If you cannot find them, ask VOIPZeker for your user name, password and server address (088 066 0550).

Rinkel

No usable SIP details

KPN (Vast Bellen)

No usable SIP details

Internet provider

KPN gives these details for one device at home on your own KPN line only. They do not work through this app's server. To use your landline number in this app, get a number from a SIP provider and forward your KPN number to it, or move your number there.

Youfone (Vast Bellen)

No usable SIP details

Internet provider

Youfone gives these details for your own modem at home only. They run on KPN's phone exchange, which only works over KPN lines. Forward your number to a number from a SIP provider if you want to use this app.

Odido Thuis (Vast Bellen)

Where are the details?

Your user name is your landline number. Ask Online.nl customer service for the SIP password.

Belgium 9

Voys (België)

Works, with a catch

Cloud phone system

Works, but each VoIP account can only be on one phone or app at a time. Use a VoIP account that is still free, or add one in Freedom. Also add the account to your call plan, otherwise this app will not ring for incoming calls.

You enter: Account ID and voIP account password

Where are the details?

Log in at freedom.voys.be. Go to Beheer (Admin) and then VoIP accounts. Pick a VoIP account that is not on a phone, webphone or app yet. Its account ID and password are shown there.

Weepee

Works, with a catch

VoIP provider

Works, but a Weepee SIP account is meant for one device. Did you use the account on another device before? Then click 'Reset User-agent beveiliging' in the customer tool, otherwise outgoing calls fail. Type your details exactly: after a wrong password Weepee blocks the address the sign-in came from. Calls abroad only work after you ask Weepee support to switch them on (free).

You enter: SIP user name and SIP password

Where are the details?

Log in to the Weepee customer tool (the 'Klantentool' link on voice.weepee.io). Open the Informatie tab. Your SIP USERNAME (starts with 32990) and SIP PASSWORD are there. Lost the customer tool password? Enter your account number and choose 'Mail Wachtwoord'.

What you can do: get a number from a VoIP provider that gives out SIP details, and forward your edpnet number to it in My edpnet.

Proximus

No usable SIP details

Internet provider

No usable SIP details

Internet provider

Scarlet's terms say the landline only works through the Scarlet modem and may only be used at the address of your internet line. This app calls through a server in Germany, so that is not possible. What you can do: forward your landline number to a number from a VoIP provider that gives out SIP details.

Phone system

Your administrator must allow sign-in from outside first: tick 'Allow Remote Registration' on your extension, or give your extension access through the Yeastar FQDN. By default only one SIP device per extension can be signed in at a time: this app then takes the place of your desk phone, unless your administrator raises that number.

You enter: Extension number, registration name, registration password and PBX address

Where are the details?

Ask your administrator. In the Yeastar web portal: Extension and Trunk > Extension > your extension > User tab: Extension Number, Registration Name and Registration Password. You enter: Extension number, registration name, registration password and PBX address

Ask your administrator. In the web interface: Settings > PBX > Extensions > your extension: Registration Name and Registration Password. The address is the PBX's public IP address or host name with the forwarded SIP port.

AVM FRITZ!Box

Phone system

Only works if you allow sign-in from the internet for this phone in your FRITZ!Box and your FRITZ!Box has its own public IPv4 address. You enter: User name, password and myFRITZ! address

Where are the details?

Create an IP phone in the FRITZ!Box: Telephony > Telephony Devices > Configure New Device > Telephone > LAN/Wi-Fi (IP telephone), and choose a user name and password of at least 8 characters. Is your provider not listed?

It usually still works. You need three things: a username, a password and the server address.

Other SIP provider

Choose this in the app and enter your SIP details. Fill in a port, transport or outbound proxy only when your provider asks for one.

Your own phone system

An extension on your company's phone system. Your administrator gives you the extension, the password and the address where the system can be reached from outside.

More is explained in Help: another provider or your own system. Email us the name of your provider at info@abn.company and we will see whether it can join the list.

Questions about providers

What are SIP details?

A username, a password and the address of your provider's server. With them a phone or app signs in on your number. You find them in your provider's portal, usually under SIP accounts, extensions or devices. The SIP password is often not the password you log in to the website with.

Why does my internet provider not work?

Many internet providers deliver the landline through your modem and give the SIP details only for that modem, on their own line. Or they give none at all. Then no app can use your landline number. What does work: get a number from a SIP provider and forward your landline to it, or move your number there.

What does works, with a catch mean?

It works, but there is something to know or arrange first. For example that only one device per account is allowed, that you need to switch on a setting in your portal, or that you only get the SIP password from customer service. The catch is listed with the provider.

Where does this overview come from?

Everything comes from the providers' own manuals and help pages, read on 12 October 2026. We also tested Cheapconnect with real accounts. Providers we found too little about are not listed yet. Is something out of date? Email us and we will fix it.
