Set up easybell Cloud Telefonanlage in Reachable
Workseasybell Cloud Telefonanlage is a cloud phone system in Germany. This is how you add your easybell Cloud Telefonanlage account to Reachable, so your phone rings, even with the app closed.
- You enter: SIP user name and SIP password.
- The password: the device's SIP password, not your login password.
What to enter
From version 1.1 easybell Cloud Telefonanlage is in the app's list. Pick easybell Cloud Telefonanlage and fill this in; the app fills in the other settings itself.
Where to find your details
- Open the Cloud PBX, go to the settings of the device and choose Device Configuration.
- The SIP user name and SIP password are there.
Right now: with Other SIP provider
In version 1.0 easybell Cloud Telefonanlage is not in the list yet. Choose Other SIP provider and fill this in. The fields marked (optional) are under Advanced.

Encrypted calls
easybell Cloud Telefonanlage can encrypt your calls. Under Advanced choose Transport TLS, port 5061 and switch on Encrypt the sound (SRTP). On iPhone a lock then shows during the call.
Good to know
- More devices. easybell Cloud Telefonanlage names no maximum number of devices per account. If things go wrong while you also use the account elsewhere, give Reachable an account of its own. Reachable on two phones counts as one device: only our server signs in at easybell Cloud Telefonanlage.
- Every device in the Cloud PBX has its own SIP user name and password. For Reachable, use the details of a device that is not yet on another phone.
- Leave the port empty. easybell's server points to the right port itself.
- Type your SIP password exactly. easybell blocks an address after a few failed sign-ins in a row.
