Set up easybell in Reachable
Workseasybell is a VoIP provider in Germany. This is how you add your easybell account to Reachable, so your phone rings, even with the app closed.
- You enter: SIP user name and SIP password.
- The password: the SIP password from my.easybell, not your login password.
- Up to 5 devices per account at a time.
What to enter
From version 1.1 easybell is in the app's list. Pick easybell and fill this in; the app fills in the other settings itself.
Type your number the way you are used to, for example 030 1234567. The app turns it into the form easybell wants: 0049301234567.
Where to find your details
- Log in to my.easybell.
- Go to Telefonleitung > Verbindungen and expand the connection (home customers: your phone number).
- Your SIP user name and SIP password are there.
Right now: with Other SIP provider
In version 1.0 easybell is not in the list yet. Choose Other SIP provider and fill this in. The fields marked (optional) are under Advanced.

Encrypted calls
easybell can encrypt your calls. Under Advanced choose Transport TLS, port 5061 and switch on Encrypt the sound (SRTP). On iPhone a lock then shows during the call.
Good to know
- Up to 5 devices at a time. easybell lets up to 5 devices sign in on one account at the same time. Reachable on two phones counts as one device: only our server signs in at easybell.
- Type your SIP password exactly. easybell blocks an address after a few failed sign-ins in a row; you lift that block in my.easybell.
- Did you choose the new SIP registration in my.easybell? Then your user name is K1234567T1, with capital K and T. The old name 0049... stops working 24 hours later; your password stays the same.
- At easybell you cannot call your voicemail: messages arrive by email.
